Leah Hardy, Naturopath
(Bach. Health Science- Naturopathy)
Certified Healthy Gut Practitioner
My goal as a Naturopath is simple- to empower people to take control of their health by giving them the knowledge, understanding, and practical tools to feel well and live fully.
I take a holistic and evidence-based approach to health, exploring every aspect of a person’s wellbeing- gut, mind, hormones, and lifestyle, to uncover the root cause of imbalance.
Over the years, my clinical focus has naturally evolved toward gut health, children’s health, and mental wellbeing, with a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals such as those with ADHD or anxiety. I believe that when we restore balance in the gut and nervous system, we see ripple effects across mood, focus, hormones, immunity, and overall vitality.
During your consultation, I use a range of gentle, non-invasive tools that support the body’s natural ability to heal. Whether you’re dealing with digestive issues, fatigue, hormonal changes, skin problems, anxiety, or behavioural concerns in children, my focus is always to understand why it’s happening — not just suppress symptoms.
My treatments are tailored to each person, blending traditional naturopathic principles with up-to-date, science-backed testing and therapies to create realistic, results-driven change.

About Leah Hardy
About Leah Hardy
II was born and raised in Margaret River, and after many years travelling and living abroad with my family in places like Bali and Byron Bay, I eventually found my way home. After completing a four-year Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy in Northern NSW, I returned to Margaret River in the South West to be closer to family and build my practice in the community I love.
As a mum of three, each with their own unique health journeys, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the challenges families face when it comes to health, behaviour, and nutrition. Raising a healthy, happy family alongside my husband is one of my greatest passions and proudest achievements.
In my clinic, I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, but I have a particular interest in gut health, Children’s health, neurodivergence, reproductive health, and mental wellbeing. My approach is both evidence-based and compassionate, combining functional testing, nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support to uncover the root cause and guide long-term healing
